Integrative Therapy Institute!
We are conveniently located on Eastern Avenue, next to Catamount Arts and the Vermont Department of Health in beautiful Saint Johnsbury, VT. Our practice was established in 2006. Our therapists and teachers are well trained in holistic medicine, wellness and education with each of our practitioners having their own area of expertise including psychotherapy and behavioral assessments children with special needs, expressive arts (music and art), bodywork and more.

Natural health therapies can change your life! We can help you to identify your unique needs and the related health challenges. We want to help you look forward to a healthier future.

We are the resource for local wellness and complementary health. We currently  have many therapists who provide:
Counseling, Coaching, Aromatherapy, Herbal Medicine, Music and Art
 Classes, Biofeedback, Reiki, Reflexology, Massage, Yoga, Support Groups, &
 so much more!
