Renting space is available for all Members of ITI!


WE have 1 office space for rent fulltime

We have a pleasant, bright, professional unfurnished first floor office for rent, in a large group practice in downtown Johnsbury VT. This space would be perfect for a psychotherapist or a massage therapist. Clean, environmentally friendly building, with kitchen, bathroom. waiting area and off street parking.

The Integrative Therapy Institute is located in a small brick building with a homey feel. ITI had 3 other rooms available that are used on a percentage basis with our large network of member practitioners and clients/students.

Practitioners have full responsibility for their own practice as well as a supportive environment with other independent practitioners.

Office space includes all utilities, membership to ITI, telephone ext, secure online wireless hookup, with inclusion of personal web page/email address in the Integrative Therapy Institute Website.

Renting of furnished space:
  1. $80.00 per day (includes membership for the month)

  2. ITI Practitioner Members: 10% of what you charge for a class/service per participant/client. (this does not include your $5.00 per month membership fee). If you decide to not not charge for your service, please fill out the "FREE SERVICE SURVEY FORM".  You will not be charged for the rental of office space for that visit.

  3. Community Partners: (FREE Membership) Do not pay for the rent of space if they are offering free services. NOTE: You will need to pay 10% if you charge for services. Successive charges and you will be billed and upgraded to a ITI practitioner membership
  4.  Community Friends and Non members:  One time use of space is $25.00 for per 4 hour unit of time. Example: 1-5 p.m. would be $25.00 and 1-9 p.m. would be $50.00
